Description: Do you feel stressed when finals week is approching? IDEA is hosting an event to help you release stress and have a great time with people from different cultures. Come and join IDEA Fusion Game Night on December 4th at WONDERS HALL KIVA! They will have Spicy noodles,sour lemons, dry salty crackers Eating Competitons, and lots of board games provided! What’s more? You can customize your own BRACELETS, and they will also have FREE PIZZA!

Dec 5: Winter Glow in downtown East Lansing

Description: There is something for everyone at the popular Winter Glow event – East Lansing’s free, outdoor winter festival. This winter-inspired annual tradition will take place on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 in downtown East Lansing with a wide variety of fun-filled seasonal activities from 2-5 p.m. It’s free.

This year’s Winter Glow will feature ice carving, a winter barnyard, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus (3-6 p.m.), horse and carriage rides, a special outdoor holiday farmer’s market, a heated music tent, children’s activities & games, marshmallow roasting, merchant activities, hot chocolate and much more.

Dec 5-6: MSU Holiday Arts & Crafts Show

Description: The Michigan State University Holiday Arts & Crafts Show is one of the largest arts and crafts shows in the state. This year’s show is going to boast over 25 NEW VENDORS and will include many returning favorites! There will be a broad range of handmade items, including candles, furniture, jewelry, home and yard decor, aromatherapy, clothing, children’s toys, painting, photography, pottery, sculpture and much more!

Dec 8: UAB Holiday Karaoke Open Mic Night

Description: Show your holiday spirit! Spread the winter cheer by coming to sing some holiday classics with your friends. Free Biggby hot chocolate, cookies, and a chance to win tickets to upcoming Wharton Center shows.

Dec 11: UAB Treat Yo’ Self: Yoga, Zumba, massage, nail salon, TV show

Date & Location: December 11th from 9 p.m. to midnight at the MSU Union

Description: “Treat Yo’self”, 9pm-Midnight, MSU Union 3rd floor and ballroom. Need a break from the stresses of finals week? Come out to the Union and “Treat Yo’Self”! Workout your stress with yoga and Zumba classes, as well as craft your own stress ball. Sit back and relax as you enjoy a professional massage and get your nails painted. Looking for a laugh? Check out the game room and enjoy screenings of the hit TV show, Parks and Recreation. Be sure get refreshments, snacks, Pop-arazzi nail polish samples and enter to win giveaway prizes!
