Employment Update: Job Scams

The Career Services Network at Michigan State University has posted a great piece about job scams targeting students.

They had this to say: Fake job postings are on the rise via unsolicited emails sent to your student account and on online job listing sites. Learn what to look for by clicking here.

(517) 355-9510 or careerservices@csp.msu.edu .

Individuals who believe they have information pertaining to false internet/email employment schemes are encouraged to file a complaint at www.ic3.gov.

REMINDER: When you find a legitimate job offer, please make sure you are in contact with the Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) to received the proper work authorization.
