In recent weeks, Business Insider selected Detroit as one of The 15 Hottest American Cities of the Future in this article. Now, you can get involved as a Student Ambassador for LiveWorkDetroit! (LWD) They are looking specifically for an international student to be a part of of the LWD! student organization at MSU to help spread the word about the Motor City and the series of LWD! events scheduled throughout the school year.

Events Related to LiveWorkDetroit!

Virginia Abdo from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation will be coming to campus to talk about LiveWorkDetroit! this fall.

On October 11th, she will be a featured speaker at our Life in the U.S. Series and on October 24th there will be FREE food and entertainment from 7pm to 9pm at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center!

Network with young professionals from Detroit focusing on the job outlook, social engagement opportunities, and quality of life they have experienced in Detroit. Registration is not restricted to students at MSU so please invite your friends!
